Breve descripción:
The Andalusian Association of Retinosis Pigmentosa, is a non-profit organization of regional scope, which, since 1989, has been working to improve the quality of life of people suffering from retinosis pigmentosa and other hereditary and degenerative retinal diseases, and their familes.
It is a member of the Federation of Associations of Hereditary Retina Dystrophies (FARPE) and belongs to the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER).
Its aims includes promoting and supporting research into prevention, diagnosis and tratment of retinosis pigmentosa and other hereditary retinal dystrophies, by entering into collaboration agreements with public and private institutions.
It works to spread and raise awareness bothe in the social and institutional fields, with the aim of making these pathologies known and promoting services that will contribute to achieve these objectives.
